From the set-back towers of the jazz age to our own glitzy present moment, see how architectural expressions of hospitality have continuously evolved, including Art Deco, mid-20th century modern, and contemporary lodgings, designed by such notable architects as Thomas W. Lamb, Emery Roth, Morris Lapidus, and Christian de Portzamparc.
