This walking tour in the financial district will explore New York City's filthiest topics: how the city is built on trash; when the first brown rats arrived; garbage strikes; rat population control; where has/does the trash go; and legends, myths, and true stories that are the stuff of nightmares. And... is there really one rat for every person who lives in NYC? No guarantees that we'll run into any of the City's least popular denizens, but wear open-toed shoes or flip flops on this journey into alleys, parks, and subway stations at your own risk.
