Event Registration

One of New York City's most historic neighborhoods, Brooklyn Heights has a gridded street plan dating to the 1810s and more than six hundred houses that were built before the Civil War. Our walk will mostly focus on the landmark district's early development and representative examples of nearly every architectural trend in the 19th century, from Greek and Gothic Revival to Italianate and Queen Anne. Several impressive churches will also be viewed, including notable works designed by Minard Lefever and Joseph C. Wells.
