It takes a village to raise one of our most influential First Ladies: Greenwich Village, that is. Even during her years in the White House, Eleanor Roosevelt maintained an apartment and a community in the Village: queer female activists who shaped and supported Eleanor's political views and work. On this walk, you'll see the buildings where Eleanor and her friends lived, and learn more about their lives in and out of the Village.
