Anchored by a recently-opened subway station and park, two high-profile mixed-use developments, both being constructed above active railroad tracks, are rapidly rising. From the sidewalk and on the rustic north leg of the High Line, we'll observe the area's ongoing transformation, with new and anticipated structures from Diller Scofidio and Renfro, Kohn Pederson and Fox, and Thomas Heatherwick.
