Henry Hope Reed's tour of Brooklyn Heights debuted 60 years ago on Saturday, May 11, 1957. In addition to covering the buildings that tour covered, we will consider how the Heights has changed since the 1950s, when the battle to preserve the neighborhood as a "historic district" was just heating up.
