Lincoln Square: Origins + Evolution

This walking tour with architectural historian Matt Postal examines the Upper West Side crossroads known as Lincoln Square, from its bohemian origins at the start of the 20th century to the present day. We'll discuss the impact of Central Park and subsequent transit improvements, as well as the "studio building" phenomena, which transformed West 67th Street into one of Manhattan's more unusual and picturesque blocks.
