Just behind Citi Field, the Mets' ballpark, you'll find the World's Fair Marina on Flushing Bay. While it's located across Roosevelt Ave. from the rest of Flushing Meadows Corona Park, the marina is part of the park and, like many other things in the park, is a remnant from the 1964 World's Fair. Today the marina is used by private boat owners, fishing and party boat excursions, and dragon boat races. while walkers, bicyclists and picnickers enjoy the bayside promenade.
