From Bryant Park to Turtle Bay, architectural historian Matt Postal considers late 20th-century skyscrapers by Charles Correa, Michael Graves, Hugh Hardy and Helmut Jahn, architects who made sophisticated use of traditional materials and ornament during the Reagan years and after.
