As Brooklyn expanded beyond the waterfront, development was aided by improved roads and public transportation. Fulton Street is one of Brooklyn's oldest, longest and most important thoroughfares, with one of the city's most important subway lines running underneath it. Part One of this tour with Suzanne Spellen examined the street as it passed through Bedford Stuyvesant. This tour continues downtown, highlighting Fulton's passage through Clinton Hill and Fort Greene.
