On Wednesday, October 27, 4:30-6:00 PM, join MAS for a guided stroll around Prospect Park’s recent capital projects, featuring the Endale Arch, 2021 MASterwork winner for Best Restoration. Embark on an exploration of the park’s built and natural spaces with Prospect Park Alliance staff, including Christian Zimmerman (Vice President, Capital and Landscape Management), Svetlana Ragulina (Landscape Architect), and Alden Maddry (Senior Architect).

Attendees will learn about Endale Arch, one of Prospect Park’s oldest architectural elements. Acting as a safe passage below Park Drive, the historic arch was beautifully restored in 2020. In addition to Endale Arch, we will move south through the park to stop at the New Flatbush Entrance and end at the newly restored Concert Grove Pavilion.

Prospect Park is easily accessible by public transit and bicycle. If traveling by car, street parking is available, but public transport is encouraged. Nearest public transport: Flatbush Av/Grand Army Plaza bus stop, which serves the B41.The Grand Army Plaza Station serves the 2 and 3 trains. There is a Citi Bike station at Grand Army Plaza.
