You're invited to visit and learn about the transformative Moynihan Train Hall project, a dramatic and much needed expansion to the busiest transit hub in the Western Hemisphere: New York Penn Station. The project adapted the century-old Farley Post Office Building by leveraging its uniquely-suited architectural legacy to create a modern, world-class transportation facility and the civic heart of Midtown's burgeoning west side—an idea first promoted by the late US Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan more than a quarter century ago. Discover new insight into the history, art, architecture and design as you explore the facility. Note, the tour will primarily be indoors, and is fully accessible. As a federally-regulated transit facility, CDC health requirements apply: as of early April masks must be worn by all visitors inside the facility.
